How it works

This is where your journey begins! We’ll start with a relaxed, informal meeting, ideally with all decision-makers present. This is your time to share your vision, your likes, dislikes, and overall style and how you live day-to-day, young family or empty nest, quiet retreat or regular entertaining, storage needs (toys, hobbies, sports kit), work-from-home zones, media/TV areas, guest space, pets, accessibility needs, and any future plans. We’ll also discuss budget and timeline. This conversation gives us the clear direction we need to get started and design around your real life and unique goals.

Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we will create a personalised and transparent design fee. This fee is based on the full scope of work and is tailored specifically to your project's unique requirements.

After the design fee is accepted, we'll dive into the creative process!

Interior Design Concept & Vision: We will develop a room-by-room concept for your project. To bring this to life, we'll create spatial planning, vision boards with digital and physical samples. These will include furniture, accessories, colour schemes, textures, and inspiration images. We'll also integrate appropriate window dressing into the design.

Detailed Interior Cost Planning: Once you approve the concept, we'll source all the furniture, accessories, and decor items to create a detailed cost plan. This document will be shared with you online and breaks down the cost of each individual item for every room.

This step is an additional service that takes the hassle out of managing orders and deliveries. For a procurement fee, we'll handle everything for you, including:

 • Price and lead time negotiation with suppliers.

• Production, delivery, and quality management to keep your project on schedule.

• Handling any issues that may arise after delivery.

• This ensures a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.

We work across Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire, focusing on projects within a 20-mile radius of Sarratt.

This comprehensive area includes:
